If your team tracks work in Jira, connecting it lets Andy use ticket content as context when planning and implementing tasks, and update tickets on your behalf as work progresses.
This section assumes you've already connected Jira and linked a Jira project to your Space.
What's in this section
Forge vs Connect
MeetAndy supports both Atlassian Connect and Forge auth. The setup flow uses whichever your Jira site allows, and the difference is mostly invisible.
One difference worth knowing: uploading attachments to Jira tickets only works on Forge. If your Jira site is on the older Connect framework, Andy can read tickets, comment, and change status, but can't attach files.
